handful, like the rest, Adrol and halo is a must for competition strongman the closer the competition the more it will be in mg.s, I know one pro strongman guy i will not say his name but what he told me 1-3 days before competition he was on 300mg drol and 150mg halo daily and on comp day he eating the halo like candies dont care about mgs just go go
