Taste is subjective of course. I made this cake. Delicious but a bit too eggy but then again there's a thick layer of merengue on top so yeah. I appreciate the sharing of this video; thank you. But I was somewhat underwhelmed. Tip: if you are adding the coconut, add it more at the end to prevent it from getting too dark yet ensuring that the cake does cook. Hey! So what say if I use 3 or 4 eggs instead of 5? Would it still be delicious but not eggy?

@@bassterify the merengue is made of just egg whites, so the amount of eggs wouldn't make s difference. But it's definitely an interesting recipe so try it out. Your experience might be different than mine.
