i made this using your recipe before and i must say, this is the best fried cabbage! the only thing i did different is that i used a large non stick pot and tongs to turn the cabbage. SO STINKING GOOD!!!😃😃😃

It may be either too much of the bacon fat or not enough of the bacon fat or maybe try removing the cover and let it cook where air can hit it a bit
