World's Coolest House, Boat, Boathouse?

Really? You've seen a cooler house with a boat built into the roof?;) The owner/builder is a contractor. There is actually a pretty cool drainage system that utilizes the boats original drainage, and flashing is used as well.

It's pretty original. Kinda neat but not the coolest. How does he keep water from leaking in around that boat and thru the roof and ruining that home. Homes aren't designed to be like that so I bet it takes a lot of repair in the future. Cool for that guy but a nightmare for anyone who may buy it when he's gone.
