Aleister Crowley was born in 1875 and known as the wickedest man in the world. His house can still be found in Cefalu, Sicily although it is abandoned and unsafe.

He was an occultist, painter, poet magician and mountaineer and possibly a double agent.
At this house he carried out depraved acts of sex magic and taught his followers how to practice his religion of Thelema.
He believed himself to be the beast 666 and coined the phrase "Do What Thou Wilt". Eventually Mussolini had him ejected from Italy, leaving his Temple of Thelema to fall to rack and ruin.

correction: Aleister Crowley actively tried to separate himself from L.Ron Hubbard and didnt consider him a friend at all, he saw right through him.. L Ron was strictly in it for the money, and Aleister truly believed in his craft. he died broke and alone, because he didn’t strive to rob innocent people of their money like L.Ron. L.Ron liked Aleister, Aleister HATED L.Ron and warned jack parsons about him. jack didnt listen, and L.Ron ended up taking his jack’s girlfriend and quite a bit of money, running off leaving parsons very depressed.

I will say this. I haven't studied much Crowley, and still have remnants of my christian programming that made me avert reading his teachings. I'll tell you what though, Cain hated Abel. The Romans hated the alchemical truths of Yeshua (Jesus) The Roman Catholic church persecuted the gnostics and Cathars. Persecution usually solidifies my conviction of truth. In a world shrouded in miasma of chaos, th re will be resistance bringing the light (correction, balance) By their fruit ye shall know them. so messed up people just went in there and started painting meaningless rubbish on the walls. that's like walking into a museum kinda.. people have no respect at all for history, all people cares about is leaving a mark wherever they go.... fucking hell.... idiots even torched the boleskine house.... some people just suck, they always have to destroy that which they don't understand. I slept with Faith, and found a corpse in my arms on awaking; I drank and danced all night with Doubt, and found her a virgin in the morning = faith became a corpse (his faith had died) when he awoke he drank and danced all night with doubt (not sure of his faith is dead or alive) and found faith alive renewed in the morning. esoteric/occult understanding is very different than taking it at face value (exoteric) he wrote above the head of most of his readers, cause it wasn't meant for the uninitiated to be understood.
@pa_maj.MARTINI-van-MAN
@pa_maj.MARTINI-van-MAN Жыл бұрын
I know, three years later, anyway. Was doubt not the virgin that was found in the morning? Faith is simply a belief, not 100% proof, which can feel lifeless/dead when challenged. Doubt, on the other hand, prompts exploration of new territory, even in the face of challenge. Thus the realization that doubt is desirable, akin to virgin territory, outweighs faith as the dead corpse discovered upon waking. This signifies the need to question everything and awaken to learn. This is how I see it. Any feedback is welcome of course as I could be reading/seeing it wrong.
@TruthGatherer2013
@TruthGatherer2013 Жыл бұрын
@@pa_maj.MARTINI-van-MAN It's really just a drunken story about a man who lost faith in what he stood for, but found it a live again in the morning after debating himself, whether it was a live or not. How many have no gone through the same thing while getting drunk? We do dumb stuff that we regret and beg for forgiveness, for the stuff we've done wrong (repented) and we start over (become virgins again). I kinda like Crowleys teachings though as a side note. He taught "Do not do to others what you wouldn't want others to do to you" but also one part I do not agree with is from Liber Oz "the slaves shall serve". Cause slaves only serve out of ignorance of truth
@pa_maj.MARTINI-van-MAN
@pa_maj.MARTINI-van-MAN Жыл бұрын
@@TruthGatherer2013 I drank and danced all night with Doubt. Not taking this literally of course...I drank and danced, referring to = explored, questioned, analysed, pondered and basically played Devils advocate with one self to find a deeper truth. I question the "don't do unto others what you wouldn't want others to do to you". Some people like to be abused to some degree (strange as that sounds, but they were most likely abused while very young themselves) so those kind of people can find abusing others rather easily because it doesn't fit into the aforementioned, hence why the abused can become abusers themselves very easily. Although, as a First protocol, "Do not do to others..etc..." is a Good place to start. On this...Liber Oz "the slaves shall serve". Cause slaves only serve out of ignorance of truth. I'm reading Liber Oz ATM so until I get the whole picture I cannot make a proper assessment, although, based on just that statement alone; I agree with you TruthGatherer. Of course I'm not saying I'm correct about any of the above, it's just the way my mind is seeing it at this present time. I have a philosopher friend that I go over stuff like this with, I'm rather looking forward to his thoughts on this also. Thank you for your feedback TruthGatherer. Oh' I am one of those who had Faith but traded Faith for Doubt long ago, I feel I know both rather well and admire both very much for what they can offer.
@TruthGatherer2013
@TruthGatherer2013 Жыл бұрын
@@pa_maj.MARTINI-van-MAN well some people have the right to be abused if they're conciously aware of it/in support of it happening as long as they do not support it towards others. np. edit: is there are any deeper truth than knowing that we're all one, and that that one expresses itself through all? and only if you break the golden rule hell manifests? I dont think so, atleast not here in on this plane.
@pa_maj.MARTINI-van-MAN
@pa_maj.MARTINI-van-MAN Жыл бұрын
@@TruthGatherer2013 On the First statement you made, I agree up to a point. Some people can be tricked/manipulated into thinking they want something (like abuse for example) not necessarily by an abuser but someone else, then that person opens up to being abused by others, to eventually find it has had destructive consequences, those 'other's' can't be blamed if they thought that it was what the person wanted. I find grey areas in everything, Truth has no grey areas, we are far from truth. As for your second statement, I see some people as/like scorpions for example...respect them all you want but don't assume you won't get stung; some people just cause pain and thrive of it. Why this is part of their nature, well; there can be many reasons for this. What I have found, through deep exploration is, no one is close to knowing those deep truths; just possibly some better understandings of it. Those better understandings should also be critically examined because false 'truths' are everywhere. We know that false 'truths' are not truths at all. There can be different opinions, but there can't be different truths; truth is objective and consistent. We have so much to learn yet so much is hidden or difficult to obtain.

Rich Anpoor Boleskin was the name of it on the shoors of the lock and yes Jimmy Page bought it but his friend house sit for him and when he returned the house sitter never wonted to go back and everybody pretty much knows that since Crowley was performing the Abramelin Ritual and quit midway through to go help Mathers He just left without banishing the spirits he conjured up so the spirits or demons whatever u like to call them probally believe thats their territory now and anyone that breaks the plain will probally have Paranormal Activity goins on But unfortunately that was such a nice house but mysteriously went a blaze and burnt down all the way allmost.A really neet but wierd thing about Boleskin is that theirs a small secret tunnel thats underground and starts from inside of the house and leads out to the Cemetary thats rite beside the Property.Thats kinda wierd if u ask me but kind of neat also LoL...Crowley was one of a kind and i have researched all of his Occult works books Magickal processes and Magickal Exercises and I still feel theirs so much to cover just like Crowley said on his death bed..RIP Aleister Do what thou wilt showl be the hole of the Law*Love is the Law*Love under will..So anybody passing through these comments and Crowley Vids feel free too ask me anything about Aleister Crowley and I can probally tell you the answer lol 🌅🗿🌅#07

Unfortunately, the house has fallen into even worse disrepair since your visit. It is almost completely inaccessible and the entire roof has collapsed. I deeply regret not going 20 years ago, when the house was in comparably good condition and many of Crowley's paintings could still be seen. It's just sad that it hasn't been preserved. Whatever you think of the man, this place was of cultural significance.

Never touched it.🤣 No liquor. No alcohol no dope. Never in my life. But I am not insulted by you disparaging comments. The reason being that stranger things than my suggestions are definitely happening. So you prefer to under estimate me. A lot of people under estimate me. You are far from the first. But I could be just be absolutely right. Anyway. My feelings about it are honest and true and fathful to my belief that those who are above the law and above suspicion could be the very ones who are the wrong doers. This is very complicated thinking because it touched a nerve. It certainly got touched a nerve in you judging by your angry response. It could be "guilt" that you are feeling. It could be that you yourself do not have a clear conscience. Anyway. I am going to hold to my theory until a better theory comes along. So, far no one has come up with an answer. I alleged that the whole thing is Satanic. That I have no doubts about. That is the source of all evil. Everybody knows that from ancient times. Islam, Christianity and Judaism all assert that there is an evil inclination that must be opposed by the faithful. Satan's greatest success is because he gets people to believe that he doesn't exist. You don't believe me. Okay you have the right not to. But I believe there is a God and the Devil. So, what is the conclusion? Tell the truth and shame the Devil. I learned that in an Apostolic Pentecostal Sunday School. Sincerely, gospelgirl 🙏🙏
