I hope you dont get negative comments to get you, they are more contrasting, i know, but keep the bigger picture in front of you, there might be some mean comments, but there are tons of viewers enjoying your content. My first climbing did end up in hospital, anchors broke, fall from 7 meters, broke one heel, ripped muscles on other foot. I was scared to try again, after couple years, you made my fears disappear again and i am beginning to learn it again, try it again and enjoy it again. I am thankful Magnus!

My favorite pairing! Your crossover is always the best. Great chemistry with positive attitudes. I'm not fond of the grunt-grunt, boasting, excess testosterone of far too many ninja warriors and some of "those" climbers. You two should consider a podcast together as well -- even a one-off! If anybody hates what you share on KZbin, then there is something wrong with that person for sure. It's incredible to see how easy things seems when you attempt them, when they are actually very very hard. It definitely shows all the hard work you have done throughout your life. I would love to have a body built like yours as it reflects athleticism in it. My uncle is a martial artist and he has a similar build up. I have always wanted to have a physique that doesn't look very buffed but has a lot of strength in it. I will not ask about your workout routine as I am sure it will be very hard and I won't be able to follow it up :D But I hope to achieve it someday hopefully. Magnus, I know a lot of elite athletes are "racing the clock" and so they concentrate on their age and view it as a limiting factor. However, I would say that strength will stay with you for a longer duration than you think. It's not going to disappear just cause you hit 40. You may have to do more work to maintain it but it will mostly still be there. Just look at Chris Sharma. Keep going dude!

@@MaMastoast interest can build up but processes that occur due to aging add up to. As you get older your tendons become less stretchy due to calcification. You also develop patterns in your fascia. You can delay this a bit with myofascial massage. And also your muscles can form interconnections which Rolfing can remove but it's painful. Also poor nutrition can add up over time. Especially too much sugar.
