I am moving to nashville and getting my pilots liceanse was one of the first things I was planning to do... but if this is really coming, my mind has been changed. take off and land right on my property. The luxury, style, speed, range... wow, these are going to be a hit. Porbably get a lot more poeple into Helicopters.

I always wondered why helicopters seem to be so far behind in terms of tech. Whilst car manufacturers, yacht manufacturers and aeroplane manufacturers all design opulent cabins, the heli remained like a Frankenstein prototype for way too many years. ~So glad to see someone revamp this space. With 20mph speed limits across Europe, automobile travel is becoming far less feasible for long distances. You may as well ride a horse. This could well be the way forward!

Nice VR presentation. Can't wait to see what actual test flight performance and specs, noise levels, etc. are in Physical Reality. Does the $648K entry level price include luxury room and board for the owner that builds 51% from kit at Hill factory. More info on the turbine, please. How many thousands of proven hours of test operation, to make certain the design does not fling apart. Rigid rotor head? How many G's of impact absorption on inevitable hard landings, poorly executed auto rotations, by novice owner, builder, pilots with less than 500 hrs PIC time in rotorwing. Last I heard, the minimum to get insurance. What are ceilings, cruise, and never exceeds. Will it fly in Colorado in summertime fully loaded, or just be as other kit helos, and just taxi around IGE?

I am always pleasured by crucial design and development in this field particularly if there is evidence aerodynamically efficient low drag coefficient fenestron tail technology. This leaves the question of how easily this handles pilot workload though as well as balanced pedals for easier handling - autopilot?
