Mitchell Hooper is on a whole different level.. he has the power but he also has speed and technique. He has a great understanding of how the body works And the biomechanics for each of the events. He studies and practices these things until he gets them perfect.. this is why he's going to have a clean sweep of this event. He will outperform everybody and it's because he is just overall more well-rounded than the rest of them. There are likely some stronger guys in there, but they are held back because of their lack of understanding for things like biomechanics, recovery, nutrition, etc.
@MattRhodesSport8 ай бұрын
Yep, he's a class above at the moment

Apparently Hooper had an agreement with the other guy in the stones. But when there is a tie on distance they should use time as a tie breaker

Quite honestly the Stone Off is so idiotic and practically sabotages the winner's chances of even making the podium while all the group winners are well rested - COMPLETELY IDIOTIC to handicap someone like that - it seems Barbaric & Sadistic

Thanks for the coverage, it takes quite a bit of effort to make me care about wsm these last few years. Do you think there are some politics going on trying to claim Webster's favor or is it genuine tribute?
@MattRhodesSport8 ай бұрын
No, I just think each year one event catches on and nearly all promoters lazily follow. Dumbbell and now stones.
