I absolutely LOVE this kind of chat in a video while training. I'm dealing with a really shitty low back injury and was finally able to hit the gym again today. eh the strongest strongman fluctuates. currently its one of the stoltmans i forgot which one lol
@thecruellestmonth2 жыл бұрын
It's interesting what different training plans the strongmen follow. I watch all the main guys and they're all different. Eddie Hall - almost like a bodybuilder, working up to a top set of six on a big exercise, then 8-12 on accessories. Martins - focusing on movement patterns and technical things like front squats. Stoltmans - more like powerlifters, following v specific programming with exact loads for every workout. Brian - always tons of bands, chains, unusual bars. Don't think I've ever seen him do a straight squat or deadlift. Obviously these styles worked for each of them. They're all champions. But surprising how different the approaches are.
