World's Strongest Man Makes a Protein Shake - ft. Furious Pete

Leading up to the Arnold this year my diet has been a top priority. Part of my daily intake of nutrients includes MHP protein shakes. Furious Pete was here so we chat a bit about protein shakes. It didn't take long before the conversation took some weird turns.

Joseph Song It can improve it actually, if u live in balance!(diet, lifestyle habits, emotional wellbeing, good rest) it might be an additional balancing activity to someone whos mostly calm. On the other hand , someone whos always stressed and in a fight or flight response all day will be aggressive from weightlifting, since weight lifting is a catabolic and a fight or flight activity, someone like that needs work on his calmness and resting.

I´ve been training for 3 years now (not exactly 3 years straight) and it always helped me relax and keep my rage levels down. Coming from a past of depression and anger it helped me a lot and I like to push myself to the limits. So that concept of yours is not accurate at all. ummm the 6'2 , 250 pound guy would destroy shaw normally.. He is too big to fight lol.. Look at mma, any fighter that weights over 265 fucking suck at fighting and get rekt. 6'1-6'3 at 255 lbs is about the perfect fighting size for any heavyweight. Anything bigger or taller than it's going to be very hard to defend take downs, he would get taken down by the legs so easily by pete if he knew mma and knocked out on the ground. You guys watch to many movies. Guy this size can't find, why do you thin ufc doesn't allow these guys to fight because they are oversized even with years of mma experience the best size to bea fighter is 230-265 lbs, 5'10-6'4.

Dominic Sumner Shaw is 6'8" and 430lbs. With his training and everything factored in, his BMR and TDEE are 3-4 times that of an average sized man. So in order for him to have a caloric surplus, he needs a shit ton of calories.
