Je préfère constater une évolution comme celle-ci que voir des chants utilisés pour faire des guerres. Il est vrai que Thumrî a une mauvaise réputation, mais je préfère ce type de chant acquérir ses lettres de noblesse, même si ce peut être long, que voir des gens catégorisé(e)s sous prétexte d'avoir subi des invasions qui avaient pour but d'empêcher l'avenir d'avoir lieu, et ce que le passé dénommait l'avenir, tout le monde est dedans depuis un certain nombre d'années: l'avenir, c'est la période actuelle. Par contre, l'avenir n'est pas synonyme de fin du monde, car cet avenir qui est la période actuelle, c'est le début de l'Histoire.
