War started at 1962 so war could end in 1967

Why would spain join nato? They only kinda opened up to the west in 1976. Also the us was involved since the first part of the war, it wouldn't be a "first WP takes over everything, then NATO takes over everything". It would just be a stalemate in the rhine river. Also a soviet invasion of alaska would simply never be attempted. If it gets to the point where they have most of europe they'd just wait it out and be on the defensive.

Also i'm assuming no nukes cuz you also assumed that for this video, realistically both sides would either wipe out each other or start negotiations and just agree on a peace treaty after the initial soviet assault to prevent nuclear war.
