Aught to note that the main reason why NK (and China by extension) got so panicky after the US said that they were there to, "Finish the work left unfinished" was because there wasn't a clear meaning behind that. Did that mean they were there to cut down the tree? Yes, but NK and the CCP didn't know that. The US could've been there with the SK Forces to resume the Korean War and start WW3 over said tree. Still, absolutely HILARIOUS thing to say.

There was also an airbase in Japan, I can't remember which one, that had it's taxiway or whatever it's called filled "nose to tail" with fully loaded C-130s ready to roll. I don't know what they were loaded with but I think we can all assume they were "appropriate" party favors. Also, I think Wikipedia stated that the air power only showed up visibly after the North Koreans arrived, 100% just to fuck with them. The entire operation was glorious. It's sad why it had to happen, but hot *damn* did the US and SK full send it when it did.

Fun fact. I'm 1/4 Korean. My grandfather was Air Force in the Korean War, and that's where he met my grandmother. My grandma is very likely someone that got away from North Korea. Last time I visited her house, she was pointing out that the US doesn't feel much better than there. It did for a while. But yeah. The greatest compliment she's ever given me was "I'm proud of you. You can survive" when I got away from a situation with another family member.

You need to be careful kip Bradley Fighting vehicles and tanks are different and it's all based around the amount of armor each one has even though I'd rather be in a Bradley Fighting vehicle because those tow missiles will destroy any tank way before the tank could ever reach you but they are treated more as a transportation vehicle to carry soldiers where is it tank is a vehicle that's managed by a crew and it's for the sole purpose is to be mobile armor and essentially siege weapons of modern era even though they have tanks for many different jobs

impeachment has nothing to do with it. The constitutional limit is 10 years period. If another term would take you over 10 years, you cannot run. So, if you're VP 2 years and 1 day into someone else's presidency and they leave office (whether by death or impeachment) , you (who would then be president for 1 day short of 2 years) can finish that term and then run twice more. If it was 1 year 364 days when the changeover happens, (meaning the new president would serve 2 years and 1 day) you could only run once afterwards.

Until you realize that that communist country adopted a form of state capitalism in the 70s-80s when it was showing signs of collapse under the weight of communism. By de-collectivizing its farming, And allowing foreign and domestic investment to start for profit businesses. Going outside of domestic planned economy that is communism, but maintaining state control of many productions, while getting into higher level free trade of the global economy which is Capitolist in nature.
