Kyle's strength isn't in strictly speed or parkour, but just mental accuity of always know where his chaser is and always moving into spaces where he has options. He also makes sure he's never TOO far ahead of the chaser in order to not get cut off in a manner he doesn't like. He literally slows down to bait a manageable distance from his chaser, then he maintains it. Great work!

Imagine going through your entire team to tag one guy, *finally* getting him off the quad, celebration ensues, and then you remember that HWF have 5 other members. I don't even know how to describe Soderman's evading style, he just plays the quad really well and has tons of speed. It's not like he's using the quad in ways previously unbeknownst to the world, he's just *really good* at what he does. I am impressed by THC though. After Soderman got off the quad, they started playing really well. To come back 3 points in 6 chases is pretty impressive! They also didn't allow a single evasion from anyone else on HWF, and some of them are almost as dangerous as Kyle Soderman! That was truly insane to watch. The other teams in WCT had better hope Kyle used up everything he has on this match, because a well-rested Kyle Soderman is *not* who you want to face in the finals.

@LetsChat3 жыл бұрын
I think it comes down to distance management. Kyle is a lot faster than he seems and baits chasers into approaches. Meanwhile, Jarrod relies on jukes/twitch reactions and picks more predictable loops around the quad banking that he can do it faster no matter how close the chaser gets. Jonathan is like a pure hiker +speed. I like the thoughtful distance management Approach as well as the juke style.
