funny that they chose a ravnos and a tzimisce, as they basically suffer from opposite curses. The ravnos cannot sleep somewhere they have slept in the last week, eternally cursed to wander about, whereas the tzimisce must sleep in the same place every night, creatures of habit and tradition. Also cannot WAIT until it's finally revealed to the party what special trait the tzimisce get, since I would argue it's one of the most explicitly horrifying and monstrous abilities in VTM.

In v5 they actually changed the tzimisce weakness *slightly* its not the same place anymore. They are instead very coventous hoarding shit like the dragon of their namesake. They must sleep amongst what they consider “theirs” (which can also be people). In a way this is “the same” but their property can always be moved.

As you strengthen the Beast with predatory actions, you stop thinking about 'them' . The next to last step is when you start to think about 'them' again, but in a lip smacking way. While the character was still considering other people's fates, they are surrounded by 'people' who don't.

Most people would have predicted Rey to be the troublemaker of the group. Sarif was also a clear candidate, and Isaac was the dark horse of the race. But who would've guessed that two sessions in it would be Fuego who screwed the coterie most?

Aren't those Tzimisce reincarnations like, exceedingly rare? The only ones I've ever heard of are the Dragon and the Tzimisce AD him/she/itself. Or has that changed? Also, with the sabbat ancilla going crusading, many younger Tzimisce migrated to the anarchs. So Isaac can be a "plain old Tzimisce". ... Hells, never thought such a thing could ever exist tbh.

I can't wait to see what Isaac is up to! Vicissitude opens up a whole world of possibilities. Maybe he's of a way higher generation than even he himself realizes. Jason kinda ran through toughness rules backwards. Maybe an accident, maybe intentionally. Book states it reduces damage before it's halved, and can't reduce it below 1 point. Superficial damage also rounds up.

Interesting episode. Loving the new cast’s interactions with each other. The dynamics of their unique personalities are very well balanced. Rey is a very different style of character from any of the others I’ve seen on this channel so far. Issac is devilishly good. Fuego and Serif are both delightful to watch and both carry an interesting allure to them. It seems as though each of them is hiding something from their coterie and I wonder how messy it will get when the truth is revealed.

Now this Friend and my Vampire players admire me as a ST for how I create a story around their characters to make them feel important for the chronicle, for the action. Lizzie is definitely a Malkavian. And I love Ray. Although he seems a bit more Brujah-like with his brashness and impulsiveness than a Gangrel (as much as Fuego is more similar to a Toreador than a Ventrue to me), I really like the character.

Well I know V20 has a merit and flaw system (P sure V5 has something similar) and in V20 there's a flaw called impatient that basically fits the way he's playing the character to a T. Also Fuego is totally Ventrue, it's just that she's still got a lot of that humanity so it's more about suggestion than domination, especially because of her predator type and the fact that she's an anarch. The people you need to watch the most is Isaac and Serif, because they're both X factors still. Serif is straight up Ravnos to the bone. Expect weird chaotic shit constantly, and Isaac won't be long until he starts molding the flesh of kindred and kine. Vissicitude is scary because it can even make a Nosferatu beautiful for some time.

GREAT episode!! It’s exciting seeing everyone develop their unique dynamic as a group and with each other. LOVE Fuego’s style of Ventrue, at first I thought she might’ve been playing an aloof attention hog but she’s a deadly 4d chess player whose aware of what she’s doing and manipulates people in such interesting ways. Love Serif’s New York accent, really helped emersed me into the world along with her passion for graffiti popping up every so often and Isaac’s style of Tzimisce is subtle but very poignant (being so comfortable with the discomfort of others along with that detached and suspiciously cordial demeanor..). Rey’s Brujah is an interesting in contrast to Annabelle from L.A by Night, the same with Fuego’s Ventrue. ALSO also, great fight coordination with Serif using Chemistry to help Fuego’s mesmerize to aide Rey’s physical attacks while Isaac analyzes Richtor 😌👌🏿 Edit: Forgot Rey is actually Gangrel, which explains a lot lol

Was it a *red flag* to anyone else that Isaac didn’t know who Edgar Allen Poe is? Sure, it’s possible not to-just very highly unlikely if he’s so young. You don’t have to have read a single book or poem in your life to know who Poe is if you grew up in the US (which, maybe he didn’t!). All I’m saying is that stood out to me in a _big_ way. I’m not super well versed on how this works in the WoD, but some people have been saying he could be an Elder Tzimisce in disguise-anyone who knows more about that possibility wanna weigh in on this? 🙂

I don't think he's an elder, he just strikes me as the kind of person who would either forget that information due to it not being important to him, or *acting* like he doesn't know the information to make others that much more scared of him. Because, yes, anyone who knows vampires well would see that as a massive blaring horrific red flag.

Bruhhhhhh i just realised something. When Richter is talking about where Lasombra are being let into the Camarilla, he says "Chicago was the firat place to do it." Lasombra we know from Chicago anyone? IB! Ib and the twins Aurora and Rodrigo! Ib was originally from Chicago, and my guess is so were the twins were too and were sent to LA to assist Prince Vanovar, probably by Fiorenza Savona similar to how she had sent Ib to help Victor- MY BRAIN IS GOING TO IMPLODE!!!

Good thing Ray has points in Fortitude or that could have ended a lot worse. Love it though! His straight forwardness is a good contrast to the rest of the group and in character for the type of guy Ray is as well as his clan.
