Imagine your parents are considering an SNES purchase and some Nintendo representative suggests them to buy the NES instead.

I was a gaffer on all these videos. Even alot of lost media that Nintendo has lost. This girl and jacob wore the same outfits fir like two weeks at a time and never washed em or nothing. Really a disaster or productions. Made about ten of them took about three months to edit it they way Nintendo usa wanted them to be shown. I still have raw stock of this shoot
@calebchild7066 жыл бұрын
Oh man, I remember back when Nintendo was pushing three consoles like that; still getting people to buy the NES even though the Super NES was out. You don't see much of that today. It was a different world back then.

Yeah, nowadays they want you to forget their previous console ever existed (actually, they're counting on it with all their lazy Wii-U ports)

wow that guy at 46:26 was so upset.. Then he just changed his mind due to the power of information the Nintendo guy offered him...... He didn't solve his issue of using old Nintendo games in the SNES though.. Imagine that.

Love how they play the "Slums" theme from Final Fight immediately before/during that part, haha.

That Nintendo "rep" was shaky and nervous as hell during this part. Interesting that they didn't just re-take the shot to get it right.

"It seems a little expensive for a game"....vs, today where parents give kids their credit card numbers and they run up charges 5X that or more on microtransactions, lol. Also "what kinds of games does he like?" as the kid is standing right there, lol, rude.

Why are they still trying to sell the NES at a time when the super NES is out!?
@Talondrone5 жыл бұрын
Because of the magic of variety.
@Godlike_Virus2 жыл бұрын
Because it was simply still a fine, fun system. 👍
@yellowblanka60582 жыл бұрын
Because it was still selling due to the wide variety of games available at the time. The nascent SNES had a relative handful of games available at the time by comparison.

Gotta love how they always cited the number of colors in the color palette, which to me is somewhat dishonest as they could only have 256 of them onscreen at one time (and most games had a fair bit less). Also, the guy giving the extensive tutorial on operating the Gameboy....Christ, it's a gameboy, not a power plant control panel, what room-temperature IQ employees were they training that couldn't intuitively grasp how to use a Gameboy?
