I recently bought the iPhone 11 pro, everything was working fine until a week later I was checking my emails and it randomly shut off and saw the apple logo going into a loop. I couldn't even get to the home screen for 30 minutes until I force shut down and did the settings reset which worked. However, a week later I started to experience it again, it wasn't the constant loop but it would just restart randomly and go back to the home screen within 5-10 seconds. Right now I removed the SIM card method and hope this method works!

It’s the battery... the new iPhone 11 connect to an adapter with 2 connecters to a battery so...one of them have to be loose. Mine was ok after that.

My iPhone 14 Pro recently started shutting down repeatedly. It would turn off and on by itself, and sometimes show a pink screen. I also having this issue for some week and I just removed the cover it looks like battery is swollen and the battery percentage also went down to 66% I bought the refurbished iPhone and its only been 2 months. it was showing signs from the first first day I tested this phone using some games but the seller said its fine and I also told him that battery percentage also decreased 6% in just 3 days but he said its normal things with refurbished iPhones so I never checked battery percentage again until recently now I have to change the battery with my own money. the seller have 2 months of battery replacement and 7 days for phone replacement both of them has been expired so if you buying refubrished or new iPhone test the phone on day one if its showing any performance or battery issues exchange as soon as possible

Leave your phone at a highly ventilated spot (not wet air like aircons or mist fans). Put your phone on it’s side (power button facing down as if you watching youtube landscape). Leave your phone in that position overnight. The next day, overheat your phone by heavily tasking it if it stays on for a bit longer now. The goal is to get rid of the water entirely. Tilting your phone lets water seep out. Overheating will evaporate. Repeat this process till your iphone is good. It took me 1 attempt and mine works FLAWLESSLY again🙏🏻🙏🏻

Dosnt need an update just restarts once a day durring a call and it annoying

Hi, please i have a problem that’s driving me nuts, my iPhone X reboots when I turn off the screen by pressing the power button, and only when I turn off the screen, if I keep the screen on and keep using it, it doesn’t reboot. It only reboots when the screen goes off into a sleep state or just goes off after the screen times out. do you know about any solutions to this, thanks.

Me too it does that when i switch on my iphone xr after not using it for couple minutes then it restarts itself :/ please if u found a solution let me know by responding me !

thanks i found the solution here, in my country the solution doesn't make sense, iphone has to be disassembled and its quite expensive

I can not update the software, it shut down every 2 min and 55 sec so it does not have time to download the update?
