It’s a cheap 60 inch tripod from Amazon. Look at video description the link is there along with the cell phone mount. I used same tripod for like 10 years now.

U connect ur home wifi or phones hotspot to ur chromecast. The TV itself doesn’t need internet as it’s going through the chromecast devices that’s plugged into ur tv.
