The problem may be the volume buttons. Spamming the volume up button is what worked for me. So, spam all the buttons on your phone if nothing else works

OMG IT WORKED! I seldom comment on YT videos, but I had to provide feedback here. I thought it was my Mi Note 10's death already as it's already more than 4 years. Anyway, the freezer thing worked for me. I tried it first for 10-15 mins but nope it didn't work. What I did next was to dismantle some parts on the board to force it to turn off since it just won't turn off when I press the power button. After that, I turned back the dismantled parts, put it back in the freezer, and didn't turn the power button on so it won't be back in Boot Loop. Funny thing is, my toddler cried all of a sudden in the middle of the night so I had to lay down beside him and fell asleep. The 10 minutes became 4 hours, and when I woke up I was nervous to death when I remembered that my phone was still in the freezer. Anyway, I quickly took my phone and charged it and voila, it worked!! Thanks again stranger on the internet, you earned a new subscriber!

Hey man, you have an instant sub from me. Nothing, I mean NOTHING else worked, after the last MIUI update on my Redmi Note 8 Pro, my phone started acting crazy - it started turning the volume up and down by itself, and sometimes I couldn't lock it to the screensaver with the power button (the usual thing). So i decided to simply switch it off and on, and all hell broke loose! Indstead of turning back on to the main screen of my phone, it turned to MIUI 5.0 Recovery, and got stuck in a loop there! I tried Reboot to System several times and it kept coming back and back to the Recovery 5.0!!! Some people on the web said that the only thing to do is to wipe data, but I was adamant on not doing it, since I had some photos and videos of my mom on the phone. She passed away several years ago and I wasn't 100% sure these were backed up. I was so angry at the stupid MIUI update, but then I found your video, tried with frozing the phone, then several times I spammed the power button after the phone was frozen (=meaning the battery was 'dead' and i finally could work on dark screen, because before, it was constantly looping to the Recovery, I couldn't even switch the damn phone off!!!!!!), then massaged the screen hoping for the best, then spammed the power button again ... AND IT WORKED!!!!!!!!! I am forever thankful to you, I will do the backup of my phone now, and I will FOR SURE recommend this video to all of my friends who have Xiaomi. THANK YOU!!!!!!!!

I think it was the main thing that helped me, since I couldn't even try the other methods, because the phone kept turning back to Recovery every time I tried something. After I froze it for 15 minutes, the phone finally turned to black screen, and I could try all those other methods. Fingers crossed, I hope you will be able to save your phone!

@@sarahkhephasa7336 yeah you will save your phone, i will tell you now exactly what i did: I let the phone discharge for about 3\4 days until it couldnt show anything on the screen(let it discharge even longer if it is needed), than i put it in the freezer for half and hour(which i dont think that thats what saved the phone so its optional so i wouldnt sugest you put it in the freezer) than i did all the massages explained in this video for 2\3 times and than i put it on the charger and it showed that its charging!!!😁but then I when i plluged phone on the charger i havent turnded him on emediately, i let it charge to about 70% and then i turned it on and it worked !and all my daya was untouched
