Sony Bravia TV: Apps Not Working? 5 Fixes (Hulu, YouTube Kids, Pandora, Vudu, Yupp TV, etc)

I show you how to fix a Sony Bravia Smart TV that is having issues with one of the apps. Maybe its not working, frozen, black screen, stuck on buffering, error messages, won't load either way i give you several fixes to get you up and running. This goes for all apps suck as HULU, KZbin Kids, Vudu, KZbin, Netflix, Amazon Prime video, Yupp tv, etc. Let me know which step works for you. One more thing to note is this Sony Bravia KDL model does not have Android tv software. Hope this helps.

Finally, a video explaining my remote and TV thank you. I have one movie which is scrambled using amazon prime that won't play on my Sony TV but will play on other devices. Amazon Prime works well with all other titles. Amazon tech support tapped out when I told them that with the title, I am having the problem plays fine on my computer but not my Sony TV. It's no big deal but it is a bug I can't resolve.

wow I tried everything but I followed your power button tap up and tv reset and got the internet to work with tv again but all apps have disappeared on tv for internet like amazon hulu etc, which was my original problem, and these came back after the reset after awhile THANK YOU!

1st suggestion worked for my TV and it has ANDROID TV on it. It gave the option to turn off or restart and once it restarted, the apps worked. Thanks!

Am in UK & inherited a Sony Bravia (says RM-ED022 on remote) - getting Black screen with "Programmes Are Not Stored" message & channel 000 - however I cant access the menu screen or anything to try to retune - just getting "Feature Not Available" only the menu for colour/Sound ect is working or the one that selects the outputs like the AV channels - anything to do with the digital TV part is kaput. Was working fine up till now, last had it on night before last - any ideas please?

I tried all the fixes and failed but think it is because it’s configured to work with Dish network. I tried disconnecting but I am not savvy enough to get it all reconfigured. I couldn’t find the power button under the front either. If you think you can help me let me know.
