Remember when Ronnie didn’t play a competitive match all season then turned up at Sheffield and won the World Title. He’s a genius, like Hendry was, snooker along with golf are the 2 hardest sports in the world. O’Sullivan made his 1st century aged 10. Hendry has 7 World Titles its not like he’s playing someone down the club. Just enjoy the man while he’s still playing. I hope he plays until he’s 60 because it’s proof he’s a once in a lifetime type of player. The Tiger Woods of snooker. Another thing he’s grown up in the era of Hendry, John Higgins, Williams, Selby, Trump, Robertson. And he’s been winning titles for 26 years. Just appreciate the guy he’s my tip for Sports Personality of the year

O'Sullivan is clearly the most talented player of all time. If he had Hendry's early 90's temperament he'd have about 12 world titles. He'd be virtually unbeatable.

No need. Watch the early tapes and look at how confident he was even at 12 and younger against ranked players. He wasn't expecting to put on a show of how good he was "for his age". He expected to win. He already knew how good he was and what he would be capable of I suspect.

Great vid, thanks very much for uploading. The standard really has improved in the last 25 years. Most anyone in the top 16 today would have been a worthy opponent in this match. Ronnie really did "grow up" as a player too. None of the loose shots, unless he gets bored! Still top of his game all these years later! Legend... As others have said here, the table is definitely slower. But also, damn I love 4:3 aspect ratio! And the high angle of viewing of the table! Probably facilitated by the aspect ratio? Real pleasure to watch. Also, great to see Alan Chamberlain ref'ing. For me, he always represented the transition from old-skool no-nonsense refs, like John Williams, to the modern-day 'facilitator' refs, like Jan Verhaas and Michaela Tabb and the current crop.

Ronnie's had more centuries and 147s in competition than anyone else. He edges Hendry and John Higgens overall and he's not finished yet. If he wasn't so moody he would have won more world titles. I used to get tired of Hendry winning all the time, he had such a consistent cue action. He broke my heart when he beat Jimmy White in 92.

You can bet your life on that bud, and only getting better and better....if you like that sort of thing! I certainly do not! Would you believe me if I told you that your phone can actually control your mind, thoughts and even your actions! Yes it's that advanced. Facebook admitted in a court of law that they knowingly did experiments on people to see if they could change their mood etc...I.e make them happy, make them sad, make them procrastinate etc. Scary, your phone/device should be used as a tool. Pay close attention to what your phone is offering up to you on a daily basis. It's all about screen time! Why you may ask? For the same reason it always is....for the MONEY! The longer you spend on the phone the more adverts you see. I hate what tech has done to humanity. Ciao👋🏼🎱
