Dood dont even get me started. Im so frustrated by this for my strand hunter Im gonna flip. They already nerfed strand hunter and this happened right when prismatic dropped so I get punished for wanting to use a normal subclass that u just nerfed? The most frustrating part is as u said they havent said a single word about it which is odd cuz they let us know about everything else. Just WTF 😡

huge fan of this style of video. One of the biggest issues in both going flawless and just having fun in control is being unclear how to approach some maps, especially wormhaven. hearing your strategy is very helpful

Cammy, prism hunter can snap skate with grapple (even with a charged super). Same inputs but grenade bind key instead of super key. Strafe jump out for insane speed. If you can head bounce the strafe it's way faster than snap skating ic dashing. Without a head bounce it can send you a bit high tho. Saw it from Pandem.

Went flawless with shatterdive on bakris. Went flawless again with better devils on stompees/prismatic. Had a lot of success with 140s. The map is small enough to always be in your intended range.

That's because most maps are designed around giving HC's the most optimal experience above everything else. Combine that with Hunter movement being the clear best disregarding IcDash and you have the easiest most generic PvP experience in Destiny.

Hey Cammy, You mentioned you’re on console and controller; then you mentioned skillset. Can you make a video or two on Titan movement. I know there are some old school videos out there. But no one has broken down the movement showing it in real time vs the sped up videos that are traditionally posted. Also showing movement using strand vs stasis etc.

I ran into him on this map too, and I was too busy "fan-girling" and dropped a donut against him lol. It was an unwinnable game anyway cause my teammates were barely 1.0s and he had another solid player on his team. Seeing the way he played the game was crazy. Definitely shows his experience and understanding of the functions residing in the game. Top tier for sure.

Definitely one of the best players when he wants to be and plays to win. And even when he's messing around it's most people's sweating.

Speed and zoning are incredibly important on this map. For this week I decided to run a stasis hunter (big slow nade and stasis shards aspects, shatterdive doesn't seem important here, and the slow dodge... Well, I'd rather not lety enemies get close than rely on that thing) with Lucky Pants and Slideshot/EP Rose (usually use the other one, with slide/OS) since it's range is damn fine here. And, ofc, headbouncing where possible. This mix of control and speed worked pretty good for me, even with a hangover xD

sojourners can get the same range as nessa's unless you have an adept so i'd go for that since it'd be easier an apparently people want to grind instead of crafting or go for a legato-11, it has a meter less but closing time is no joke and you'll be pulling it out so fast

This weekend has been rough for solos. I felt like I constantly had to watch like 3 or 4 different angles at all times otherwise someone sprints in and wipes the team. Sometimes people don’t push in enough and sometimes people push in too much (happens on every map though) but good lord if you get caught out you are screwed. The map manages to somehow have a bunch of stuff to hide behind in mid but also have 3 or 4 different angles that you can be seen from once you push out from glass. Add in the fact that this weekend has had an insane amount of hard cheaters and you get a very unenjoyable weekend. I felt like I had to play like my life depended on it most matches and even then I still lost tons of games because I can’t successfully watch enough angles to stop me from getting finished off after I kill one or two people. I do think that a lot of classes have viability still. Personally I was still playing ok on prismatic Titan due to diamond lances being super strong on the inside zones.

I went flawless twice solo this weekend with the classic invis hunter worm husk combo. I went with either stay frosty or chattering bone with kill clip. I’m controller on pc. Had a really good weekend for me. Averaging a 1.85 kd for the weekend and I’m usually around a 1.5. I was able to invis hunt a lot and I found that teams got so worried about mid I was able to flank a ton and get free picks with invis.

@@bk2932 If you're falling to invisibility, that's an MMR issue. Void Hunter is almost non-existent in higher MMR compared to other options.

Dood Im on ps5 and Ive had a blast (no pun intended) with my solar warlock with icky dash and I used the incendiary grenade with celestial fire with the fragment ashes for more scorch. Dood first round Ill just sprint my warlock butt to mid and CHUCK my fire melee and grenade and Ive gotten so many double kills this weekend its hilarious. I clipped like 6+ times I did this even got one triple with it one time. Such a relatively easy way to get a free round if done right with this. So much friken fun. I dont even main warlock let alone icky dashing n stuff but now Im getting more comfy with my paddles and its a dream once u get used to it. Def took longer to go flawless this weekend but still got it done solo Im just gonna stick to this the rest of the weekend so much fun. 😂😂

It feels weird having someone accurately describe console situations and problems after so many people just play by default PC. I went flawless and i immediately went through the same process on the subclasses (my choice for weapons were more boring, the usual pulse+fusion), but definitely agree on those things. I hate Wormhaven so im definitely happy dipping out after my first attempt flawless

Lol no they don't. I faced mostly warlocks and titans this weekend. Warlock and titan % are pretty close to hunters now. Just more ppl like hunter movement so they play hunter. But hunters aren't broken like they were.
