WORST 5 WEBTOON TROPES

Hello, my Friends!
This week I decided to make ANOTHER fun video! I'm not sure if this kind of video is sustainable, because I stayed up SO LATE recording, filming, and editing. HOWEVER, I had a blast drawing all these tropes and even editing was enjoyable.
In this video, I talked about the worst 5 Webtoon tropes! I do not hate these, but if I had to name the tropes that I liked the LEAST- it would be these ones.

5:22 tbh I only like tsundere tropes when they are somehow "justified" or explained by the character's story or situation and when there's character growth and like, I mean a *good* explanation

No, I totally get it! It’s one of my least favorite tropes, because I feel like it’s typically really cliche and the reason is “daddy issues” or something. However, an actual “justified” explanation is TOTALLY OK!! Also, yes to the character growth:D 🤍✨ Thank you for sharing your thoughts!! 🥰

@@duchessart yeah, I think with that type of tropes it's very easy ending up making a very flat and uncomfortable character if not done properly 😞 it's been a while since I've seen a well written character that falls in any of the "dere" types

The video has barely even started and I got my ears blasted by sparkles 😭 I had my volume too high and the glitter at the start hurt my ears

It’s definitely possible to be sexually interested (or just interested in someone’s body in general) when you see someone for the first time, unless you’re like, pansexual or demisexual, so you might be demi or something idk I remember finding out I was demisexual cuz I used to think it was weird how other people could see someone’s body for the first time and somehow like them already In terms of romantic interest in someone’s personality, it’s not possible to be in love with someone’s personality before you know them ofc

Yess! I’m glad we think the same! Idk why all the ppl I talk to about the naive girl trope think it’s funny?😣 It’s ONLY funny if the feelings aren’t obvious if it’s been hinted at but she’s STILL lost then she’s just stupid + annoying!!

Duchess I'm also planning on starting a webtoon but every single one of my drawings tha I draw on procreate comeout pixelated no matter how big the canvas is??

Hello:O Check the DPI? That's all I can really say.... The DPI should be 300 or more. I also have trouble with pixelation so I'm not entirely sure, but increasing the DPI has helped with it immensely!
