Actually Danzo was the main culprit. Sarutobi kept Naruto being a Jinchuuriki secret because he knew how people would act but Danzo, trying to play his political bulshit and ruin Sarutobi’s image, leaked the knowledge to unite the village against Naruto. A lot of fans don't understand the purpose behind giving Cell a senzu bean. Goku learned humanity is doomed if he dies. He can't pass the torch to Vegeta nor Piccolo. He noticed Gohan would get incredibly strong when angered. That's why he trained Gohan to maintain Ssj without the rage and fatigue that comes with it. Cell was composed of Goku's villains. If Gohan can beat Cell after a zenkai boost, then Goku can die at peace knowing that Earth would be safe. Unfortunately, Goku didn't take into account that Gohan wasn't a warrior and the rage boost that Gohan would get at Ssj2. I believe Gohan completed his training with the one-handed Kamehameha. The rest is history, a terrible regression from father and son. DBZ Goku is a great father, a better father than most Shonen fathers and father figures.

I’d argue a parent not understanding and never bothering to understand a core part of their child’s personality *is* what makes them a bad parent We like making excuses and giving leniency cause he’s our protagonist and we have positive emotions towards him…..but let’s keep it a buck, say this happens in real life circumstance, does putting your child in that level of danger not *automatically* make you a bad parent….atleast by human standards? @@rohanthomas6629 true but hashirama easily could have found a way to send the tailed beasts to their own location outside the elemental Nations even going so far as to put a genjutsu on Sat location so no one would find them it's either that or the sage of Six Paths could have literally before he died made a safe haven for his children knowing how people would have treated them because last I checked the people of his time most definitely would not have forgotten about the ten-tails the ability to harness at least a 1% of that type of power should have been a wake-up call for him to think hey maybe I shouldn't make something like the power from such a nightmarish entity even if it's 1% of it be available to anyone that amount of power is too dangerous to be left unguarded unprotected and available for anyone to take and while it's true the tailed beasts can protect themselves they could have at least learn how to morph or something like that since they're entities made of chakra that don't mean they don't have the ability to change their form so they are not so noticeable and I find it stupid that they didn't at least learn some techniques from humans for example they could have learned the Uzumaki fuinjutsu so that it would not be that easy for them to be sealed by their containers or anyone else the possibilities with the show of Naruto is numerous but sadly for the show both the Creator and the writers that made the enemy and the manga thought that it would be a good idea to just not put those possibilities into account despite them making sense I don't even want to call the Naruto series a ninja series since they barely do much of the Ninja abilities it's more like super-powered samurais they practically fight out in the open I could probably put Spider-Man in the show and he would be just as powerful as Madara.
