I am a huge Zoro fan, and Sanji, amongst the crew, is simply not one of my favourites. However, it is not because I adore Zoro that I am obliged to fricking hate Sanji... It is simply a matters of "one I like more, the other not so much". However, I do recognize that Sanji is an extremelly well-written character, and as of lately, I have found myself depositing as much love in Sanji as I do with, let´s say, Zoro, since Sanji is one of us, part of the crew/family that the Strawhats are. I feel like we just ignoring the fact that Sanji did all that to protect the crew against an emperor and her crew, we saw how unprepared the straw hats are to fight against big mom, and we saw how Luffy is not even in the second in command's level at the time. So please read the manga properly, or if your an anime only fan try to understand the context, because Sanji would not leave the crew with no reason, we saw how ready he is to die for luffy at thriller bark, we saw how he protected the crew against Doflamingo, and lastly in the following chapter/episodes we can see him going up against his moral code of not hitting a woman just for Luffy.
