Super interesting that you can't cast without being able to hear your own feed. I choke up and can't manage to finish a single sentence when I hear myself echoing through something. Love the stories, Tasteless!

i think for me and maybe for a lot of people, these kinds of stories are super enjoyable. I love watching SC2 and BW games - but players come and go where as these two casters have been the constant. i just love getting this behind the scenes info. I rewatch things like Day9 daily 100 - the BW remastered launch party - and the BW holiday bash, semi regularly, for this reason. It's fun to hear the stories about the old days. good video man

Back in the very, very early days of Brood War esports in korea, I used to download VOD's from this site that just hade them all listed according to date(I think it was according to date) just a white background with columns of VOD after VOD, and I used to sit and watch them and listening to the Korean commentators, not understanding a word, but loving their energy, and I specifically remember thinking "why would anyone want some boring english commentary, I can see what's going on myself, don't need some fucking moron to explain it to me!" Now I can't imagine watching Brood War/SC 2 without Nick and Dan.

I love stories like this, and really, I'd love to see you lift the veil more often on what it's like to actually be a part of the production. The audience never really gets to see or understand all the hamster wheels that make these productions possible, so it's really cool to get to hear the perspective of one of those hamsters.

Absolutely great storytelling! So can someone explain the aggressively loud background music? It sounds like a kid is told to play in the basement and mom's new BF Link from Zelda is banging her upstairs and they turn up the N64 background music to hide it.
