Great content as always Gents. But top tip Ben - if you've bad knees, running is one of the worst things you could do, as it puts pressure on the joints. Low impact exercises are way better, like swimming or exercise bikes. Sincerely fan who also has bad knees, including reconstructive surgery post dislocation.

I was gonna comment the same thing before I read this! I have terrible knees as well as issues with a lot of other joints and have suffered multiple dislocations but swimming definitely makes a noticeable improvement! Running on the other hand is like my worst nightmare.

Yep. I've got knees made of biscuits too. Dislocated both of them a bunch of times and I tore a medial cruciate falling off a glacier a few years ago. I feel your pain.
