Injuries used to be my speciality. Even had a blog for my injuries for a laugh way back in 2007 🤣 the worst ones are i did my achilles snowboarding when my boot collapsed at the back and turned into v shape and i kept boarding till the pain was too much. That took physio to repair as it kept going on me walking. Then back injuries from snowboarding where ive been crashed into 3 times by skiers. Keep having back flare ups. 🤬 Then dislocated my thumb playing football when it was my turn in net. It ended up near my wrist somewhere. Looked horrible. The green whistle pain meds were epic though. I was off my head for ages after with a complete blackout for 5 mins or so when he did the adjustment. I was babbling crap to folk laid on trollies in xray like id been on an all nighter on wizz or sumat. 🤣 then my current injury is non of my own fault again i think. Cant prove it but my left arm is just not working right and only thing i can put it down to is more vaccine injury to go with the rest i got dealt. Seems like some form or neuropathy and i just cant lift with it so its messing my gym time up. So add that to partial hearing loss and i think something funky with my heart this has to be the worst of the lot. Rue the day i went for that thing cos i knew i didnt need it and didnt want it. Cant change it tho now so trying to fix it slowly. Never get my hearing back tho. Thats nerve damage too.

Wow, that's some horrendous injuries, but keep going you've absolutely got this! Struggle with hearing loss myself a touch due to my time working in Engineering, I know how much of a pain that is 😑
