What investment can consistently give me 10% returns compounding per annum for 35 years, without risk to my principal??? Sounds too good to be true, but will be happy to be pointed to the right direction. Investing early is great, but don't oversell it.

I mentioned that for the sake of the example I used 10% because in terms of analyzing the numbers, it’s easier to understand. I always emphasize the risks involve in investing.
