I wore a similar Toque to an Arctic Monkeys concert and the lead singer and drummer pointed me out and had a debate about what the thing is called - they settled on bobble-top. (the audio of this exchange is somewhere). My costume for the opening and closing ceremonies of the 2010 Winter olympics also has a sweet toque with a bobble top on top - that would be a humblebrag...until you google audience leader costume for those games. Looked good on TV, not so much in person.

Obviously an impressive triple KOM on those, but I'm a strict adherent to the "Triple Crown = Sea level -> Cypress resort -> sea level -> Grouse gondola -> sea level -> Seymour parking lot" definition. I have no illusions that he would totally crush that ride too, but I don't know...was that the triple crown?
@ChrisStenberg6 жыл бұрын
Actually, the only part that he didn't ride was down Cypress to Thomas Haas. Everything else was the full works. Seymour to Dempsey Connector over Montroyal. There really should be a segment for all three in a certain order though. No individual climbs, the full meal deal. That would be amazing. And truly, the Triple Crown should actually involve riding to the very top of Grouse up the gravel road.
