If you're interested in this phone, let me tell you why you should consider buying it. If you're into productivity, get it. Gaming? Get it. KZbin, music, movies? Get it. Here's the thing, when the phone is folded, it's a slim phone that fits in your pocket, perfect for people who don't want a brick in their pocket. The outer display is great for one-handed use and even daily use. But the main attraction is the inner display. The inner display is freaking amazing. I get lost into the movies or whatever im watching is immerseive. Finally the s pen. If you need a TABLET. This is a mini tablet. Will it replace your tablet? Maybe. But its more so of a companion. Imagine you are out on a trip but need to get work done. Or school. No matter where u are at you can open this phone and get the job DONE.

Let me tell you why you shouldn't buy it. Outer display is too norrow to type and uncomfortable for daily usage, inner display is too small and has a weird squarish aspect ratio that results in huge black bars on the top and buttom for videos and movies, which ironically, ultimately provides a viewing experience that is barely any bigger than a normal phone, battery size was not improved, cameras were not improved, no dust resistance, durability long term is definitely riskier when it comes to folding phones, and all of that for a 100$ price increase over last year

The outer display was just perfect for my asian fingers, i like tophones like s24 and was using the ip14pro and not the promax because of this reason..although i do agree samsung is milking the fold like a ****, but still compared to its competitor aka the chinese phone..it does offer value still

I just bought this phone 2 weeks ago, its absolutely amazing, there is flex mode that turn this phone into a laptop look, it can run 2 games at once, and also the samsung dex the one feature that i really love i havent upgraded my phone since the S20+, until the z fold 6, at first im interested to get the S24 Ultra instead, the seller show me the z fold 6 and i instantly fall in love

I thought battery life was going to be trash as it was when I had the fold 3.... I was so wrong... its been lasting longer than my s23ultra for some reason and I'm loving it.. photos are a bit sharper too. Maybe Ai is doing it but I like it.

This phone is the first time in years I have been pulled from using the Apple ecosystem - so I migrated away a week ago now. Yes, app and data migration/transfer was clunky but the phone is a technical marvel, it is so pleasing to use I genuinely have not missed nor regretted swapping over at all.

@@mprieto57 Hey there! The only real setup related challenge was resetting majority of the App passwords but following that, absolutely loving the phone, its a beautiful piece of tech thats for sure. Dont bother trying to transfer anything wireless, its a waste of time and doesnt migrate everything anyway - use a cable (I ended up using an old iphone cable) and that worked much better in getting most things ported. Then, its just fun watching video tuts to get the most out of your new phone - enjoy!

@@robbieburns2245 another quick question - it’s my first time switching over to an android device in the fold 6 after using an iPhone pretty much my whole life within the ecosystem. In terms of iCloud, did you switch over to Google Photos and how seamless transferring that information was? Do I need to download an app or use my laptop to transfer info over or is at simple as an USB-C to lightning cable between my Fold 6 and iPhone 13PM. Thank You!

@@percival.montclair Hey there! Still loving mine, probably the most i've ever used a phone tbh!! I do make use of google photos now yes without issue, I confess my icloud still exists given I use an Ipad so everything is still in place which is handy. There is a google article that walks you through requesting a transfer from iCloud (photo and video) into google photos - straight forward enough & a simple google search should get that for you

It feels so robust! The refinement is 10/10. Anyone who will get their hands on it will definitely preorder 😂. That's what I felt. Received mine last Friday and I'm loving the overall experience. Watch any video on KZbin and turn the quality to 2160p. Damn it so clear! 😊

@@rinollaig netflix and youtube is great. They not give you the whole screen but it is much biggen then the s22. That is why I wanna have a foldable. And the screen is very brightness. The battery is also good because there is a faster chip in the foldable so the battery does not use so much power. I use my fold now for a week and it is great. And first I was scared for the photos but if you sloot with the 50mp they are great! Regards, Ron

I love the whole idea of the z fold 6 but overall I think I'm happy with the S24 Ultra. Besides having foldable feature and bigger screen size when opened, the S24U spec wise just beats it in every way. Maybe I'll try out the next version of the fold when it releases with further improvments and more like it's flagship brother

When closing, you can place your thumb at the bottom middle section, that way your using the hinge/bezel to close. Don't recommend utilizing the inside screen close.

i see you pressing down on the screen to close the phone which i was doing when i first got it. I then realized that can leave small divets in the display surface that can be seen in certain lighting. So now I make sure to close using the side bumper. Be advised!

I got Fold 4 like 2 years ago. Worst investment ever on a phone. The frontal screen was too narrow, but the worst came after a year and a half, the big screen started to malfunction because the hinge suddenly decided it would open smoothly like it used to. Long story short, i have an expensive, heavy narrowed-screen phone now and it would cost like 500usd to repair it. I decided to pay the difference and just get an S23

I often watch videos in flex mode with the phone on my chest. Movies often fit the half-screen perfectly. I can maneuver my hand inside a pringles can quite well, so the narrow cover screen in no problem. I love this device but did some heavy contemplation before buying. Don't buy it half-heartedly. The mf IS $2000.

I wouldn't buy a foldable phone unless you have deep pockets and are okay buying insurance. I still have a launch day z flip 3 and the screen is good. It's just luck. Also I briefly had the fold 4 and I can confidently say the fold 6 feels way more premium and sturdy

The front display is only 1ml wider not 3 but I w not from fold 5 to fold 6 & worth it for me & my phone holder is magnetic so I usually have my fold 5 & 6 open 🤷

Lots of gimmicky stuff i have a fold 4 and Im stuck paying it off cause every year I get hyped then let down by Samsung lackluster subsequent releases.. also if you watch KZbin landscape with the black bars it's basically a normal phone sideways lol so I just end up zooming in a cutting the sides off to get more ot a "tablet full screen * feel. Samsung selling point is their ai lol 🙄 like this video says that gets old quick it's just an app basically

There is a car mount that lets you charge wirelessly while its open. Used to won one and a z fold. Changed to oneplus open though. So far its a better phone than z fold. The 6 is the same.phone as the 3-4-5. No reason to pay $2k for the same damn thing again.

The Galaxy fold is not worth the investment, the crease and resolution are the least of your concerns, the screen is weak and will stop working for the minimal sign of usage, once it's out of the 'short' warranty, be ready to spend $500 getting fixed and then your important investment will become a 'refurbished' phone.

Here’s the thing, I didn’t want to buy it but I just went for it. End verdict: camera shit, battery shit, dust protection shit, no S pen with phone shit, cost’s a shitload shit. Overall it’s a shit phone that folds out to a shit tablet. BUT I DON’T KNOW WHAT IT IS, this phone is AWESOME. I LOVE IT! The magic does happen when you use the big screen but Samsung really needs to innovate the hardware cause the operating system really shines on this phone. I love this phone & I don’t think I can go back to a slab phone. 🤘😎🤘

All of the complaints I've heard could be fixed by simply: Adding ⅜ more screen, adding the s pen in that new space, bigger battery in that new space and an optic driver for a better camera lense in that space... the space would be used and the screen proportion for the front screen would be more aligned with the base s22. And I certainly think this could have been done at the same price point.

The pen doesn't even really matter unless your an artist. If you are you can pay the extra 50 bucks for the pen case. I have an old pen from my fold 4. It has the same usability. It's just a little thicker. Easier to use. The newer pens are too slim. Not all things slimmer are better.

For a little more you can buy an S9 Ultra full tablet with an S24 Ultra. And then you have two separate devices with separate chipsets and you can have a family member use the tablet while you're using the phone. You can't with this fold... I feel like this really is just a gimmick for travel-heavy people with limited storage space? But even then, a tablet isn't that big to carry around and you can slide it right into your handbag. So what really is the point of this? I know it will make your friends be like "oh wow cool" the first time they see it, but other than that???
