You can only predict who will have more casualties cause when one of the country detect the other country's nuke they give the order to their submarines to launch their whole stock on the other country and few minutes later both sides can only see the damages and cry. Every country having an arsenal know that and they keep them to eventually prevent a conflict.

Don't forget the impact of Fallout. The wind direction is prevailing West To East and that negatively impacts France. Endland is skinny and the wind will blow into the North Sea and Europe. @@martialg9425 i was refering to germany, belgium etc... i'm not sure for the UK's nuke but if i recall it's american tech that was bought. So you only need have the brits that decide for a strike. Meanwhile germany can initiate a strike but if the american says no they can't engage any strike

It would be interesting to see if an eventual war between the UK and France escalate in a USA+UK-EU war. What will happen to the American bases in Europe and the nuclear warheads in EU territory? Would them be deployed immediately after an attempt of the EU to conquer the bases? Would the US leave it to the Europeans to limit the deaths?
