Thankyou for highlighting this ongoing neglectful issue in our aged care facilities. I worked in a high care dementia unit where they would serve pureed hotdogs to residents amongst other substanded and gross nutrient deficient mixtures. Custard and more custard 😪 The next generation will be ordering their favourite food via uber eats or menulog.

I am surprised to see a meal as good as that . I have seen party pies and sauce offered up , in a very expensive place God on her for even trying to make a change
