@@brucewayne2773 They just don't get use to it yet and I am Vietnamese I can understand him just fine; he only learning Vietnamese for less than 1.5 year that is super impressive. Sonny from another food channel been there a few years and cannot speak none beside some word here and there. It is always good to encourage and not focus on criticizing someone. I still remember how hard it was to speak English when I came to US at age 13 years old; although I am fluently speak English and writing legal documents better than lots of native I still have accent that identify me as Asian and I am proud of it. That was the only reason why I comment that. Cheer!

I am so proud of your Vietnamese especially the pronounciation is really on point. Thank you for liking my country that much and introducing our extraordinary cuisine. I left Vietnam since a little over twenty two years ago when I was 13 years old and US is my homeland but I would always rooting and missing my birthland. I got to visit Vietnam only 4 times during the 22 years span and now reside in Minnesota but nevertheless Vietnam and its people has a special spot in my heart. Maybe your gf is helping you but you are learning Vietnamese fairly quickly. Continue the great work. I cheer you on.
