A new survey has revealed that 70% of us think our furry friends are the perfect size, however the reality is that actually one in every two dogs are overweight! We all know our four-legged friends could use some more exercise but could a weight loss jab be the answer? Christine would only consider using the weight shifting tool if her pet was experiencing a medical issue and Brenda thinks an overweight pet says a lot more about the owner than it does the animal.

Only if the vet recommended it and I was doing everything dietwise for them. And also if there was an actual medical condition like Coleen said that prevented them losing weight or made them gain weight. But only if the Vet recommended it. I never will give my cat any drugs that the vet didn't approve of.

I think it depends on the reason sometimes it’s medical sometimes it’s because the owner is disabled and relies on a walker that sneakily feeds them, sometimes you’ll get members of the public intentionally putting food down for your pet withoight permission let’s say if your waiting for a bus you can’t just walk away and hope the bus will follow you to pick you up. Realistically tho if people do it for choice then it should be treated as animal abuse I’ve seen dogs that are huge and it’s because owners feed the dogs takeaway and other fatty food

My dog…my rules…I wouldn’t let anyone feed my pet something that I didn’t want them to have…friend overstepping boundaries…no respect!
