This happened to a girl in my 7th grade science class and as it happens she also was wearing white pants. Not being a girl I didn't have anything that could really help her. I'm glad I was the first to notice. I sat in the back of the class and she sat one seat in front of me. When she got up at the end of the class I noticed. I took off my brown leather jacket and jumped in front of her and whispered her situation into her ear and handed her my jacket to tie around her waist until she could do something about her situation. She did know what periods were but hadn't had one yet. I only knew because my Mom had explained it to me. A week later her best friend asked me out on a date. Oh and I did get my jacket back too.

Yah… Don’t be scared when you do though, you’ll be fine (: it’s just the body getting rid of something it doesn’t need because you’re a kid and not pregnant. Kinda like pee/poo but different. But a heads up though, stay physically active, it’ll make the cramps a lot less bad/better/nonexistent. And look out for unexplained stomachaches, moodiness, and other pms (premenstrual syndrome, basically the symptoms at the start and during, hence the name) symptoms like that because that’s when it’s about to start and have pads on you (or tampons). And it’s for about a week every month. Just gotta stay hydrated and active and you’ll be fine (:
