The first question really hit home. Right now, if it wasn't for a friend to my mom , she would be HIV positive. Her husband then had started cheating on her with someone who had just lost her man to the disease and as soon as her friend saw them starting to flutter, she immediately told my mom a who ran for her life and as i talk now her ex-husband is very ill.

caught up on this late. Here you go ladies and thanks for the show! 1 A; its better to tell them, friendships are built on trust. They can always look back to the moment with resentment or gratitude 2 A; being an accomplice can cost me my job. Only if they’re my friend can I be able to listen to them. 3 D: I would plead the fifth. In the same situation, I would do exactly what the man did, so let the chips fall where they may! 4 A; Let the child live!

So on the question of petty cash, this one I have been a victim. I was once in charge of petty cash, mind you some of it was in dollars. One day 100 dollars went missing, ohhhh my God! I was so scared, I panicked and immediately went to the bank withdrew my own cash, converted it to dollars and replaced it. After two weeks, 200 dollars went missing again. Guys!!!!!! I was like want is happening here. I am the one in charge of the safe, who took this money? This time around I collected myself and went to my boss and said, " the petty cash is short by 200 dollars" Guess what her response was? "Sorry Maria, I actually picked it and forgot to tell you." 😂😂😂😂😂 ohhhhhh my! I felt sooooooo bad about the 100dollars I had previously replaced quietly. So for me, I report.

We apologize for losing you sometimes. We intentionally refrain from speaking our local dialect on this show just for the love of our international audience. And the few times we do, it's never full sentences. Just a word or max three...and this is because some of these words are just usually difficult to accurately translate to English because the true meaning is watered down or lost. Other times it's just force of habit. Hehe

From a financial perspective, the moral issue with petty cash has to be reported because such people who have the audacity to steal from businesses/ organizations, they start with small amounts and then before you know it, it’s 40 million like Angie said. If it happens once, I can give grace and ask you to replace it, but if it happens again, you have to report it otherwise if it all comes down, you also go down for nothing. It’s not worth it.

For the second question- lack of financial accountability is one of the biggest reasons our country has no medicine in hospitals, the roads are repaired in patches of mud and hospitals in Lubowa are built for decades. People also forget that the business owner has invested so much in a business and our general attitude is it is not my business. Even if it is for a 'legitimate' purpose- there are usually systems for that i.e. fundraisers and bank or office loans rather than cheating someone who has employed you. If the business was to fail or the employer was unable to pay their loans, neither of the employees would help. They would move on to the next employer. This happens both in a domestic workplace and organisations.

I know someone whose hubby said he went for burial but phone was off for days and she couldn't reach him. A few days later her friends are out at lunch and they see him with a chic. So they call her for lunch and don't say why. She walked into the place, saw him and froze. Someone who was supposed to be in the village. He saw her, looked away and kept talking to the lady he was with. She sat with her friends for a while and then left. He starts calling her later to apologise and gives stories but it was too late

Regarding telling if they see your spouse… it doesn’t matter if they don’t tell you, they will be gossiping somewhere else and chances are lots of people will know and you are there clueless.. so I think telling you is the right thing. Lose a friendship then was never meant to be. If you are really a friend telling is the right way.

In the 2nd scenario I say no, I once took bullets for coworkers who in the end turned against me and the business collapsed. one used to borrow medicine worth 900k promising to pay it back in 2 months but he didn't stop 2 years then after he started backbiting me that I am lazy and can't handle such a business, the pharmacy was in deficit, the second one didn't want to work, she would come up with excuses and I carried her knapsack but the ending results were so awful, so people please don't be a people pleaser, you won't gain anything good.

Ladies ladies, awesome game. I have laughed at punching the child. However, the fear of being thrown in jail vs saving a life; I will save a life. The truth will set me free. I think a train and ambulance are the locomotives we knock. Gosh, justice seems like a myth in today's society. I would wish for people to save my life too whether they caused it or not. Question 1; I will tell my friend the information in a good way with respect too. I like to empower people and they do what they will with it, I have played my part. My belief system and value system at the moment encourage honesty. I would want my friends to tell me if they saw the same, respectfully. Also, the friends I have are intentionally made now. I do not have any I can not trust. I also have no tolerance for cheating at my age. The younger me would have taken it. Question 2; This happened to me when I had just started working, I kept quiet and got into trouble, I paid for the extra expenses using my salary. I was trying not to snitch. Today, I would face them up and tell them to bring it/correct it. Being young and naive is so taxing! Honesty is the only policy. Question 3; Life and death, I wait for the wife to receive the medication and I say my peace when called upon, I would mention he left money and I would also tell on the heavily charged drug. Question 4; I would punch a child so lightly. I really do not want to be hospitalized.

Being a lawyer, I would advise him to go and remove the money he has left coz it can be used as evidence against him, unless there's cameras that can be played to show that I was there, I really would want him to be protected. Plus, considering his condition,I know he would need that money. Also I wouldn't want him to be reported coz he also needs to see his wife heal. Getting into court process with a possibility of being imprisoned might robe him of his complete joy which is to see his wife heal. So....me it's either D or E. E. Means I do more to protect him.

1. I would tell whether I’m close to the person or not and I’d also rather be told. Ignorance is bliss yes but when your health might be compromised then it’s better to know. I regret not telling a friend that her man was trying to ask me out some years ago. When she later broke up with the guy, I let her know what happened and that I didn’t say anything because I didn’t want to ruin their relationship. She told me he was a horrible person and me telling her to about what he did could have helped her leave. I never want to have that happen to someone else. Also, it’s more painful to know that your friend knew something that could potentially hurt you and didn’t say anything. But I’ll also respect my friends who say they don’t want to be told by doing as they wish. 2. It depends on my relationship with the coworker. If the coworker has been horrible to me, I’m telling. But if the coworker is a good person, then I’m not telling. 3. I’m not saying anything about the theft and I’d find a way to give the man back the money because the money being there will also raise questions. 4. I’m punching the kid 😂
