If you could push a button and commandeer ANYONE'S mind for one day, would you touch it?

This is a great question. My internal pessimist can come up with a thousand ways to create mayhem. But coming up with a single person who is in a position to do maximal good is really tough.

Two thoughts: First, elaborate treasure hunt featuring all JB's money in a bitcoin wallet. Second: "Touch" by Claire North is a novel where the main character can jump between bodies, putting the host in stasis, while you did what you wanted in that body. The catch is your body died ages ago, you'll only experience life through others.

Hard part with the money is how little of it would be in liquid assets that you could get access to fast and easy . You wouldn't know any passwords you don't know any security questions. It's not like you can just write a check. . It would take me a while to even figure out what bank do I even call to say I'm Jeff bezos give me my money lol

Great show! Do y'all post to audio podcast networks or anything? Have an RSS feed?

That’s not body swapping Rex! Swap implies both get the other

The biggest challenge to overcome with this scenario would be interacting with the people that the rental body normally interacts with. I can come up with plenty of benevolent ways to improve the world using Bezos's Billions, but I can't even begin to come up with a plan of figuring out who in his world I would need to talk to in order to get that ball rolling. Follow up question: Would you ride in someone's brain as a backseat driver for 24 hours? You get to see what they see, feel what they feel, and hear what they think, but you don't get to control their actions. They would also know that you're there and can hear your thoughts.

If it isnt limited to people currently alive the best person i can think of would be D.B Cooper, specifically the day he hijacked the plane. Minimal interactions, the few he had were fairly quick and concise, and at the end of the day you are potentially the only person alive that knows what happened after he jumped.

Isn’t this basically the super-power of the 1930’s comic book and radio show superhero, The Shadow (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Shadow)?
