He's so talented, doesn't matter how often I watch him I still never know how he can do 50 things at once.

❤Zack ❤Asaf is so talented that many of his live performances make my eyes water - not from sadness, but from being overwhelmed by his stunning artistry. Asaf is (for me) the heir apparent of Leonard Cohen's lyrical genius. Even if Asaf wasn't a prodigiously brilliant composer, instrumentalist, vocalist, and loop station savant, I would read a book of his poetry. I appreciate your interpretations of his lyrics, and your obvious appreciation of his work. As to why he's not more well-known, most everyone I've played him for complains, "I can't understand a word he's saying". I wonder how much that affects his wider reach?

Another Asaf reaction I missed somehow. 🤔Awesome as always Zack 💙Such a gifted artist. I think if more people in the U.S. new about his music he'd have 1M subscribers at minimum. He is WILDLY successful in European countries but America has not caught on yet. He has to be the most gifted, entertaining and thought proviking musician of all time. Look forward to more Asaf on your channel. Thank you for your support of Asaf Avidan's music 🧡

Jeezus Christ, Zack 🤩 you are so good! This is the best interpretation and the most thourough one I've ever heard. For me your explanation of the song is right in line with how I percieve Asaf's lyrics and his way of thinking, from what I've seen in his own videos, interviews and instagram live sessions he's had. In one live -in -concert version of this song he says he's not even a man anymore, just a broken shell, a shell filled with all the demons he's collected inside him during his life. Which fits with what you're saying. Asaf loves his darkness, he's a mole living in the underground.. 😁 thanks for this, it gave me a couple of pieces I hadn't yet figured out for myself.

One of the most underrated artists today, absolute genius. He doesnt even have 300k subs on YT, and at the same time Taylor fucking Swift gets a record breaking 4th grammy for best album. Thats actually more insane than Donald Trump becoming president. Thanks for showcasing him and his endless talent on your channel. Loved your analysis! Thanks for sharing 🌹
