I get that pedal placement is highly individual and personal preference is what it is... but referencing F1 and open wheel cars a reason for wanting the throttle and brake further apart is odd. Considering the shape & size of the nose cone on those cars, when you view the actual pedal spacing on them, they are extremely close together in every case I have seen. Just do a quick image search and see that most of them are no further than a few centimeters/inches apart.
@TheSimCircuit5 ай бұрын
Yes matey exactly what I meant, in formula cars the brake and throttle pedal about a foot away from each other unlike traditional cars or gt cars where the brake and throttle are separated by couple inches. I am also twice as wide as any F1 driver so I need 2 foot between my pedals 😂 it’s all personal preference in sim racing I am definitely at the comfort comes first stage of my sim journey 🫣

Hey matey I know the screws are a bit annoying sticking out of pedal plate. I actually used spacer I had lying around. They can be angled but do you mean the actual face plates? I guess that would be good for some extra adjustments 🤔
@ewartbuilt6603 ай бұрын
I came back after some reearch. There's 2 ways to gain some adjustment (away) not straight up. 1: at the back, remove the adjuster bolt completely and then slam the pedal assembly down until it bottoms the mounting plate. I did this and it made a noticable difference and feels a ton better. 2) 2nd way is to remove the entire pedal, flip the mounting brackets to the front (so the adjusters holes are at the front, not back) and remount. Then u can adjust them with the already made holes.

But this is only the case with ACC or AC. It's not like that in Iracing where you have to adjust the pedal manually. Everything also works when calibrating in Freejoy. @TheSimCircuit5 ай бұрын
Yes matey, 200kg loadcell does not mean you need 200kg to use the pedals rather that is the max amount of force you can use on them before the censor does not recognise any more pressure. So when you calibrate your pedals in the software you determine how hard you want to push and that is then saved to the pedals circuit board so the pressure is the same every time you use your pedals or until you recalibrate them after say changing elastomers or springs. I know I’m typing a long answer here but basically you can use these pedals anywhere between 0-200kg of force 🙌🏻

This pedals has a few parts that need to be modified. First of all, the thickness of stainless steel in the part connecting the brake loadcell sensor must be increased. When you push hard with hard elastomer, the connection bends. Second, the maximum travel of throttle is slightly shorter. That's why most people put it to the maximum and use it. Third, it's a little annoying to replace the elastomer. Fourth, Please comment about the inconvenience of this pedals. Then The OWNER of this video channel will check and demand improvement to Seller.🤣 Let's make an opportunity to have an increasingly advanced pedal at a reasonable price.
@TheSimCircuit5 ай бұрын
I will have a look at the connection between loadcell, no point in having 200kg sensor if you can only use some of it. I did however run the black elastomers 70ha and had no problem. I would like to test these with 90ha and possibly some spacers to replace one of the 3 elastomers. If not for that rod that needs removed changing elastomers would be fast and easy a bit of an annoying extra step. @@TheSimCircuit yea it's mostly the brake pedal when I heel and toe but also the clutch in my case squeaks near the end of the travel point. I've tried some krytox gpl205g0 and it seemed to help for a day until it started making noise again. I do use them for drifting so I'm pretty hard on the pedals.

@@VexxedSRjust double check that preload is nice and tight and no movement is present between springs and elastomers when no pressure is applied. It’s the only place I can think of that the squeak is coming from it can’t be from the ball joints so that leaves elastomers or possibly frame check all bolts on sides also tight. Just ideas anyway not implying you did not do above already but with heavy use like you say it is possible for something to loosen over time 🤷🏼♂️

You've used condoms? For their actual use? But.... but.... you're a simracer! Great review. Like you if I hadn't bought my kit 2 years ago (HE pedals included) I'd would have probably gone for these. That said Heusinkveld, after which these pedals are obviously modeled, do offer incredible support, even outside warranty, but then again you are paying for that support.

😂😂 did not say I used loads of condoms just once or twice but even thou they were skin tight domdoms they were still stronger than the white elastomers in this kit 😛 100% HE customer service second to none I think it’s cause so few people actually has to contact them, their stuff is near indestructible 💪🏼

😂 definitely not a joke but I know allot of Chinese manufacturers have strange names. I mean SiMagic is right up there with names that I would not personally have gone for but they make great gear 🤷🏼♂️

I will do a review soon however they only come in silver 🤷🏼♂️ I put link below for you 👇🏼 hopefully their shipping is better priced s.click.aliexpress.com/e/_DFEEeNd

@@TheSimCircuitIf this is how you respond to criticism, I’d not quit my day job if I were you. I find the shouting annoying as well, do what you want with that information. Rest of the video is very nice though.
