Two QUICK but VERY Important things. The Trinket paired with the shoulders can sim as BiS for shorter fights, and possible longer fights over 3 min. So it may be worth getting it! Also, I completely zoned out on Blooddrenched Footpads of Venoxis, they are better than t1 and t2, but not as good as Boots of Shadow Flame! Much love to you all!!

You forgot to mention the Blooddrenched Footpads off of Venoxis, Those are better that t1 or t2 boots for dagger rogues, only item better this tier is Boots of the Shadow Flame. Other than that great guide!

omfg I literally skipped over these and had them written down too >.< Pining this. I do want to also mention I for really short fights you COULD use the trinket, 1 extra backstab pending on your avg dmg of it is about 1.4-1.8k dmg, but it's only rly an upgrade on shorter fights. ​@@Sarthetv In full world buffs and BiS gear, using the other non bloodmoon sim from the rogue discord, in fights less than a minute and a half, the trinket outperforms BHB in that slot (taking the average damage for a backstab from that same sim sheet) The trinket seems really really good. And if the fight takes longer than 3 minutes (my guild consistently clears Chrommag in a bit over 4 minutes) it starts outperforming again. I personally (dagger rogue) am gonna use the trinket + Chest until i get T2 chest, and then transition into trinket + shoulders, as the shoulders are nearly the same as the t1 shoulders.

Nice video Sarthe. Quick question, previously you have recommended the Dragonbreath Hand Cannon for Dagger rogues since they get so much hit from the rest of their pieces. How does the Gurubashi Dwarf destroyer stack up? 14 atk power and about 0.4 crit vs. 30 atk power, if you're not using the extra shooting DPS from DHC for some reason I suppose the 30 atk power wins out? Dude, the trinket and shoulders are actually BiS for sword and daggers. For daggers it is bis in fights up to 168 sec. Then after 180 sec it's BiS again and so on.

There is something wrong in Bloodmoon spreadsheet with model of Ruthlessness talent or with rotation implementation (probably no additional evis included from extra point from ruthlessnes in between snd, which is viable with ruthlessnes proc). When i put 0 on murderer (so its like i have 2 points not in talent tree, left them free / 0/0 ruthlessnes and 0/0 murderer), make sim, get dmg foe 1000av dps. Than i put 2 points in ruthlessness (now i have full build for dagger combat with 2/3 ruthlessness and 0/0 murderer), and it's shows me lower dps foe 992 than whitout any points in that talent.

they are essentially exactly the same overall, so it just depends on what your hit rating is. If your hit isn't insanely high I would take the quest belt :)

Do you begin to stack crit%, agil etc. after 9% hit or do you continue to stack +hit after 9%? Ive looked everywhere online and its hard to find a straight answer. Would love to hear your opinion. the simple answer is crit becomes more valuable after soft hit cap. the complicated answer involves things like crit cap when fully buffed etc. but dagger rogue bis items give you so much hit, you dont really have to worry about it, thats why the current bis list involves switching out possible hit items to AP items if you have everything (ranged weapon, bracers).

Hi Sarthe, how do you see this spec? Requires both ZG fist weapons and Firemaw's fist weapon. All with crusader, and combat fist spec - Start combat with both ZG claws equiped, use BF and keep SnD up. Theres a 50% chance of getting a tiger proc in the first 15 sec (2% proc on both weapons if I checked correctly, and 1hit/sec with every weapon with haste buffs) . Keep energy high and focus on white damage - As soon as the proc occurs, swithch MH for claw of the black drake, use adrenaline rush and go full ham with thistle tea. I think the damage burst can be insane, just loosing a bit of SS damage on early.

crusader takes up a buff slot, but if you use CDs on crusader procs you'll do more slightly. They are super close, so it's a preference thing mostly
