Literally never had that issue. And I'm on pvp server with about 48% presence of the horde, got ganked quite some, but never on a raid day. Guess no one cares to fuck with a whole raid

You skipped a critical part, when you collect all the buffs and go to BWL and spend 45 minutes of the buffs explaining stuff and replacing dps and giving out corners for the raid, then you wipe because the guy pulling said he did it before but never has. Losing over 200 buffs total in the process.

You nailed that so hard, it's not even funny. The concept of worldwide/region buffs i find rather neat and interesting. And with some tweaks, they'd could've been much more viable. -Persist through death, duration 2-4 hours but NOT re-applicable for the same time. Or even better in an item form, you don't waste half its duration during flying time... With some refinement back then, the concept could have stayed viable.

This is why i never bothered with world buffs as a healer. I just get my consumables in roder, eventually pick head if i can, and deal with it. If we manage the raid run flawlessly then most of those buffs are useless aniway.

he fakes getting the buff to drive the other ppl away. making bandage has the same animation as opening the songflower. argent dawn has same animation as getting the buff. if they just clicked on him or looked at combat log and saw he was making a bandage then they couldve caught him. idk if any1 actually does this ingame

One day on a private server, my guild gathered at Kargath for a raid. All buffed and stuff. Another guild also gathered there. So the two guilds gathered up to move out, it was 80-players crowded up tightly. As soon as we moved out, most of us suddenly died, all at once. It turned out that a group of ally with sapper charges sneaked on us under invis pots and blowed up all altogether. That was cool af.

Our guild would only let you into raid if you had all your world buffs. They also organised Mage and warlock taxis and groups to clear the dungeons. With one person keeping the dungeon ID and rotating each raid member through.

If ur in a guild that requires world buffs and doesnt supply them by organizing dm north cleara or poping heada or even having guild alchs to make flasks on a loan. Your guild shouldnt worry about world buffs Do it right or dont do it at all. Comming from a main tank in a top 50 guild in the world. I get it. Many people see the meta and want to replicate it. But the game isnt designed that way. Only one guild can probably do this per server but everyone wants to be that one guild without putting in the work.
