Next time try shallow frying ur seasoned fish with butter /oil in a hot nonstick pan then as it cooks add lemon juice u will love the final result after putting in the onions and tomatoes 😋

The food looks yummy Betty. To prevent the fish fillet from crumbling, try coating with seasoned beaten eggs then you rub with bread crumbs the you deep fry. I commend you for teaching your kids to pray. Good background.
