Love the dial, 24hr subdial not my fav for a chronograph but that is a sharp looking watch and love the fact that they use quick release spring and the deployant buckle is the only way to do a leather strap as far as I’m concerned. Meca quartz movement would have been golden!

Sorry Josh, I hate to be a party pooper but these guys have just done a reverse Chinese homage. they've taken the case of the Seagull 1963 slimmed it down and stuck a quartz movement in it and the dial is almost exactly the same except less useful as there is no running seconds subdial (no quartz giveaway?) As for Hugenot (French- silent T) I don't think Roe and Daly sound like they have much connection with the 10,000 refugees who fled to Ireland from France! The Miyota 0s21 normally has a date at 4.5 or 6 so does this have a ghost position on the crown? In summary this is a meh watch for a low price but let's not get carried away by the flummery of the company Logo and "heritage".🤔

Nice.,Def a Sea-Gul homage but they are a homage themselves if you listen to the purists so it 's all fair game .If I see a case finish like that I think plated alloy with a steel caseback but nothing wrong with that either at that price.
