yeah, the guy handfeeding the face cutter with a sledgehammer is leaving a pretty nice finish, and my god are those torch cuts fast and straight on the triangle cuts.. I think the designer should have done bevels or spacers for the welds to be as strong as the thick plates, as others have mentioned.. but yea, awesome work by the guys

@@Supervisor000там кривая станина до ужаса, все на глаз. Это не просто пресс, это пресс-штамп, там геометрия станины должна быть на высоком уровне,т.к. много движущихся механизмов и узлов. А тут даже угольник один раз в кадре появился, и то он им непонятно что мерял, и сварка на ржавчину.

Absolute garbage weld joints. No joint prep, no chamfers and then grinding away base material around the welds too. That thting is held together with hopes and dreams.

If you want a machine like this and you find a properly build one to expensive, than you can buy this scrapheap of botched together steel parts. It is simple; if you don't want to pay nothing, you will get nothing. Not 2 machines are exactly alike, no interchangeable parts, no safety systems, a disaster waiting to happen. But there are. Seemingly enough people to find wo want to buy this junk.

Flange missing 2 bolts 24:50 Tacked together no prep on welds. I know they don't want to put a hundred pounds of rod into that thing, but missing 2 bolts out of 8 is really looking bad. Overall, they made the thing in a hole in the wall using ancient tools, so I'm thinking good job.

Yeah I could tell that also. But wasn't it funny how the truck driver was going to take that guy on top for a long ride, lol. I also didn't mention that the press wasn't even secured to the truck, or the fact I think that truck wasn't even legal to haul that much weight. Did you notice when they were lifting the press off the ground the main beam for the crane was bending. I don't see why they are wearing sandals and not steel toed boots. Was I had a laugh at the end watching that guy screaming to stop.

300 ton refers to the ram force, not the weight of the machine. In other words the maximum punching pressure it can exert. Even so, you are right to laugh because a mechanical press of this physical size, constructed from steel, especially with the poor quality welds they achieved, will be lucky to exert a force of even 100 tons

No way is that press able to exert a punching pressure of 300 tons. It’s physically too small and flimsily built. I don’t believe that press is capable of punching a 4”(102”) diameter hole through 1” (25.4mm) thick mild steel, which needs a force of approx 300 tons.

When will these guys learn to properly prepare these thickness of metal for welding!! No proper chamfer, gaps, full-pen and multi pass welding. Ideally a SAW method for a 300-Ton press. It was bad enough on the 50-ton press video, but this one?? The methods used are bordering on criminal! Hard to watch...for the most part, I understand the limitations in these countries, but some practices must be adhered to because lives are involved! I haven't reached the 10-minute mark yet in the video!!

Y pense. No hay peores maquinas que las chinas de la india de taiwan y me encuentro con esto. Un peligro trabajar esa cosa aparte que nada de un acero bueno ni soldaduras ni nivel o escuadra. Una verdadera chatarra Esta bien que ya las maquinas nuevas de hoy. Sean la marca que sean no duran mucho. Pero esto es ridiculo
