Can you please explain about purified water? When I was kid we use to directly drink water from taps or sometimes mum used to filter water with a cloth. Later we all used steel filters for purifying water. Currently many people are drinking water from the water cans that are sold in the market. Else, people are fixing water purifiers at home. What I heard is that the so called can water or mineral water may not have all the minerals. All the minerals are lost in purification process. Is this true? Can you please tell what kind of water we should drink?
