Fun fact: i almost had to have a fecal transplant because of my bowel disease. All it is is that they take a sample from a donor and isolate the gut bacteria and then supplimemt it to you. There is actually a criteria like blood transfusions. The goal of the transplant is to reintroduce good bacteria into your gut so the donor should be someone who lives with you so youre introduced to familiar bacteria. 🌈The more you know🌈
