Hayate is a new premium japanese Tier 10 destroyer in World of Warships Blitz so let's compare it to the Shimakaze and Harugumo... but also to the other premium destroyer, the Somers... How does it position itself against these 4? Regardless of its performance, it's a fun one to play.
