looks good, but apparently the plugin has been updated to where you need to purchase the PRO version in order to display/use the created filter on a page.. I followed step-by-step and added the filter to my home page using Elementor and when I went to view the saved changes I received a message that says "The free version of the plugin does not support filtering on singular pages"

You must put it in a product archive to use the filter in the free version. I did this with elementor and it works great!

Unfortunately doesn't seem to be working for me. Followed this step by step but when I viewed the page it just said 'No one Filter Set is configured for this post type pages. You can create a new Filter Set for them.' It was on a product archive page too. This is a year on since this Tut was made so maybe somethings have changed. Indebted to you Paul for all your terrific tutorials over the years.

"Themify - WooCommerce Product Filter" makes parent/child filters very easy, BUT the mobile user expereince is not as good as Filter Everything. If you are still interested, let me know here and I will share what I come up with to get parent/child filter checkboxes working - a little CSS should do it easily.

I am struggling with something. I need to show 2 different sets of categories for products, but i can't seem to find out what to do. I created another set of filters, adding again the categories and excluding the ones I don't want for this specific set of filters. But when I place the widget on the page for second time I can't find any way of selecting which set of filters I want to show. "Themify - WooCommerce Product Filter" has a really great color flter option, but hte mobile experince is not as good as Filter Everything. I think I can make color chips work here like they do in 'Themify - WooCommerce Product Filter' with some CSS - using ::before? Let me know here if you are still trying to do this, or if you figured it out.

At first, the plugin didn't work for me. When I added the filter to the homepage and included products on Elementor, the filter listed the desired category. However, upon selecting a category, the URL changed correctly, but the displayed products remained unfiltered. Since I was using the pro version, I discovered that specifying the page where the filter should work (in my case, the Homepage) and configuring the type of query was crucial. There's an option in the pro version labeled 'And what to filter? Determines what exactly the Posts list (WP_Query) on a page should be filtered.' You need to experiment with these options until you find the right one. In my case, it was 'Product query #4.' Sharing this experience in case it helps someone facing a similar issue.
