coach why do you think travis hunter is so much better at catching than many other people in college football
@firstdowntraining9 ай бұрын
He probably has a very strong grip, great hand eye coordination, bigger hands than most and has repped catching more than a lot of people.

Actually he understands the mechanics of catching a ball. He understands spin rotation from a right vs lefty, also lining up on the right vs left. He knows hand placement in relation to location. While most of this is obtainable knowledge he also has a God given talent which isn't. If you can't catch the ball EVERY time you're a DB. This is why to WR for the Chiefs was left off the playoff roster.

Hey coach I was wondering if there’s a way to know how to do every single route with a different release but also how would you do these when Dbs aren’t advanced yet?

Hey man if you checkout my most recent KZbin video on the “best routes in 1on1s” I think that will help you! It’s a good rundown of what you can see

I think by the third clip the receiver Can improve on his hand technique ,because the db has his hands on him .

Hey coach how many reps of a drill should I be doing and how many drills should I be doing each day
@firstdowntraining9 ай бұрын
All depends man, it depends on the drill and it depends on the workout as a whole. I wouldn’t say there is one size fits all. We have a workout plan for that where we tell you the exact drills, sets & reps and what days to do each drill. I’ll send the link here ⬇️ www.firstdowntraining.com/product-page/28-day-on-the-field-wr-workout-plan
